In addition to marketing exposure on social media and through syndicated platforms such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia, Maine Real Estate Brokerage offers private brokerage of unique properties that are of special interest to uniquely-motivated clients whose best interests require discreet, targeted marketing and often, confidentiality.  Examples include conservation land trusts, portfolio-based investment buyers and sellers or commercial properties with active businesses. At our client's discretion, these properties may not be listed in the MLS. They are not depicted on our website. All prospective clients may assume confidentiality and all advertising is subject to client's approval.
